Linktora provides digital cloud infrastructure services, including cloud VPS, shared hosting, managed hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud storage, backup, CDN, SSL, email hosting, and related online services.

Because our products are digital services, no physical products are shipped.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All Linktora products and services are delivered electronically.

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your service may be activated through one or more of the following methods:

  • Account dashboard access
  • Email delivery of service details
  • Hosting or VPS control panel access
  • Login credentials or setup instructions
  • Manual activation by our support team
  • Service configuration based on the selected plan

No physical package, parcel, or shipment will be sent.

2. No Shipping Fees

Linktora does not charge shipping fees because our services are digital and delivered online.

If any shipping-related field appears during checkout, it is for system or checkout configuration purposes only. Your order does not require physical delivery.

3. Service Activation Time

Most digital services are activated after payment confirmation and order review.

Typical activation may take from a few minutes to 24 hours, depending on the product type, payment verification, fraud screening, manual review, technical setup, or service availability.

Some services, customized configurations, migrations, SSL certificates, or manually reviewed orders may require additional processing time.

We may delay, reject, suspend, or cancel an order if we detect:

If you provide an incorrect email address, domain name, account detail, or setup information, service delivery may be delayed.

7. No Physical Delivery Tracking

Because Linktora does not ship physical goods, we do not provide courier tracking numbers, shipping labels, delivery tracking, or estimated parcel arrival dates.

Service status, activation details, or access information may be provided by email or through your account dashboard.

  • Maintaining backups of important data

  • Renewing services before expiration

Failure to renew a service may result in suspension, termination, or data deletion.
