These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Linktora’s website, products, and services, including cloud VPS, shared hosting, and related cloud infrastructure services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Services

Linktora provides digital cloud infrastructure services. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cloud VPS hosting
  • Shared hosting
  • Technical setup and related digital services

Our services are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

3. Account Registration and Customer Responsibility

To use certain Linktora services, you may need to create an account or provide accurate order information.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your account login details secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Maintain your own backups of important data.

You are responsible for your websites, applications, files, scripts, passwords, domains, DNS settings, server configurations, and any content hosted through our services.

4. Service Activation and Order Review

After payment, services may require order review, fraud screening, payment verification, or manual activation.

Linktora reserves the right to delay, reject, suspend, or cancel any order if we detect suspicious activity, incomplete information, payment risk, abuse risk, or violation of these Terms.

Service activation times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Renewals

Some Linktora services are offered as monthly, yearly, or recurring subscription plans.

By purchasing a subscription service, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Paying all applicable fees.
  • Keeping your payment information up to date.
  • Canceling services before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
  • Reviewing invoices, renewal dates, and plan details.

Failure to pay renewal fees may result in service suspension, termination, or data deletion.

6. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an active service by contacting us at:

leticialefundo@gmail.com

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid.

After cancellation or non-renewal, your service may be suspended or terminated. Data associated with canceled, expired, or unpaid services may be deleted. You are responsible for backing up your data before requesting cancellation.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because Linktora provides digital services, activated or delivered services are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed activation, non-delivery, or confirmed service issues caused by Linktora that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Customers should review our Return and Refund Policy before purchasing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Linktora services for any illegal, harmful, abusive, or high-risk activity.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Phishing, fraud, scams, or impersonation
  • Malware, botnets, ransomware, viruses, or harmful scripts
  • Hacking, unauthorized access, brute force attacks, or vulnerability scanning without permission
  • DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Hosting or distributing illegal content
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of protected materials
  • Child exploitation content or abusive content
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Activities that damage Linktora’s network, reputation, infrastructure, or other customers
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate services without refund if we believe the service is being used for prohibited activities.

9. Resource Usage

Some hosting and cloud plans include resource limits, such as CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, email volume, database usage, or account limits.

You agree to use resources fairly and within the limits of your selected plan.

If your usage affects server stability, network performance, security, or other customers, Linktora may:

  • Request that you reduce usage
  • Recommend a plan upgrade
  • Temporarily limit resources
  • Suspend the service
  • Terminate the service in serious cases

“Unlimited” or “unmetered” features, if offered, are subject to fair use, technical limitations, and abuse prevention.

10. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content that you upload, store, or host using Linktora services.

However, you are fully responsible for your content and must ensure that it complies with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

Linktora does not actively monitor all customer content, but we may remove or disable access to content if required by law, abuse reports, payment providers, infrastructure partners, or our internal risk review.

11. Backups and Data Loss

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your websites, applications, databases, files, emails, and other data.

Linktora may offer backup services or backup features, but we do not guarantee that backups will always be available, complete, current, or restorable unless expressly stated in a specific service agreement.

Linktora is not responsible for data loss caused by customer error, software issues, malware, unpaid invoices, expired services, cancellation, third-party platforms, or unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords or customer-side security issues.

12. Security

Security is a shared responsibility.

Linktora is responsible for maintaining reasonable infrastructure-level security. You are responsible for securing your own account, passwords, websites, applications, scripts, plugins, themes, CMS installations, server configurations, and user access.

You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with Linktora’s security systems, monitoring, abuse prevention tools, or network controls.

13. Support Scope

Linktora may provide technical support depending on the service plan purchased.

Support may include basic service access, hosting account assistance, billing support, and infrastructure-related troubleshooting.

Unless expressly included in your plan, support does not include:

  • Custom website development
  • Free coding or programming work
  • Third-party plugin or theme debugging
  • Malware cleanup
  • SEO services
  • Content updates
  • Application-level debugging
  • Third-party platform support
  • Advanced server administration outside the purchased plan

Managed services may include additional support depending on the plan description.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable cloud infrastructure services, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, hardware failures, security incidents, third-party provider issues, force majeure events, or customer-side configuration problems.

Linktora is not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime, including lost revenue, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost data, or business interruption.

15. Maintenance

Linktora may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance to improve performance, security, reliability, or service quality.

Whenever reasonable, we may notify customers in advance of scheduled maintenance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

16. Third-Party Services

Some Linktora services may rely on third-party providers, software, data centers, registries, certificate authorities, payment processors, applications, or infrastructure partners.

Linktora is not responsible for failures, delays, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Use of third-party products or services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

17. Domains, SSL Certificates, and Add-ons

Domain names, SSL certificates, licenses, add-ons, setup services, migration services, and customized services may be subject to separate rules.

Once issued, activated, registered, completed, or delivered, these services may be non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate domain names, contact details, DNS information, and technical requirements.

18. Intellectual Property

All content on the Linktora website, including text, branding, graphics, interface elements, product descriptions, logos, and design materials, belongs to Linktora or its respective owners unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or misuse Linktora’s website content, branding, or materials without written permission.

19. Resale and Unauthorized Use

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide Linktora services to third parties unless you have received written permission from Linktora or have purchased a plan that expressly allows resale.

You may not use our services to misrepresent your identity, operate deceptive services, or create risk for Linktora, our infrastructure partners, or other customers.

20. Suspension and Termination

Linktora may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is overdue or disputed.
  • The customer violates these Terms.
  • The service is used for prohibited activities.
  • The customer creates security, legal, abuse, or payment risk.
  • The customer provides false or misleading information.
  • The service affects network stability or other customers.
  • We are required to do so by law, payment providers, infrastructure partners, or abuse reports.

Suspension or termination due to violations may occur without refund.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linktora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, website downtime, search ranking loss, or reputational damage.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service during the most recent billing period.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

Linktora services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that our services will meet every customer requirement, operate without interruption, be completely error-free, or be compatible with every third-party application, script, plugin, platform, or configuration.

23. Changes to Services and Pricing

Linktora may update, modify, discontinue, or replace products, features, plans, pricing, or service specifications from time to time.

If pricing changes affect an active subscription, we may notify customers where required or where reasonably practical.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated pricing, plan, or service terms.

24. Changes to These Terms

Linktora may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.

Your continued use of Linktora services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Linktora operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Linktora services complies with the laws and regulations applicable to them.
