Cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing Linktora.

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel recurring purchase options, including monthly or yearly subscription services offered by Linktora.

Linktora provides digital cloud infrastructure services, including cloud VPS, shared hosting, and related online services.

1. Subscription Services

Some Linktora services may be offered as recurring subscription plans, including monthly or yearly billing options.

By purchasing a subscription service, you authorize Linktora or our payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.

Subscription services may renew automatically unless they are canceled before the next billing date.

2. How to Cancel a Subscription

Customers may request cancellation of a subscription by contacting us at:

Email: leticialefundo@gmail.com

When requesting cancellation, please include:

  • Order number
  • Account email
  • Product or service name
  • Subscription plan
  • Reason for cancellation, if applicable

We may need to verify your account or order details before processing the cancellation request.

3. Cancellation Before Renewal

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, customers should submit cancellation requests before the next renewal date.

We recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 3 business days before the next billing date to allow enough time for review and processing.

If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal payment has already been processed, the payment may not be automatically refundable.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges for that service.

Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

After cancellation, your service may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated or required due to abuse, policy violation, chargeback, payment risk, or technical limitation.

5. Digital Service Access After Cancellation

Because Linktora services are digital cloud infrastructure services, access to the service may be suspended, terminated, or deleted after cancellation or expiration.

Customers are responsible for downloading, migrating, or backing up their websites, files, databases, emails, applications, and other data before cancellation or expiration.

Linktora is not responsible for data loss after a service has been canceled, expired, suspended, or terminated.

6. Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.

Refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

In general, activated, delivered, or used digital services are non-refundable. Refunds may be reviewed in situations such as duplicate payments, failed activation, non-delivery, or confirmed technical issues caused by Linktora that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

7. Yearly Plans

If a customer purchases a yearly subscription plan, the plan may remain active until the end of the paid annual billing period after cancellation.

Yearly plan payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, delivered, or used, unless otherwise approved under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Trial, Promotional, or Discounted Plans

If Linktora offers trial, promotional, or discounted subscription plans, the cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional payments, setup fees, add-ons, third-party licenses, SSL certificates, domain-related services, migration services, and customized services may be non-refundable after activation or delivery.

9. Failed Payments and Automatic Cancellation

If a recurring payment fails, Linktora may attempt to collect payment again or notify the customer.

Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension, cancellation, termination, or data deletion.

Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current and ensuring that renewal payments are completed on time.

10. Abuse, Policy Violations, or Risk-Based Termination

Linktora reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate a subscription if the service is used for prohibited, abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or high-risk activities.

This includes, but is not limited to, spam, phishing, malware, hacking, unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, network abuse, copyright infringement, illegal content, payment fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Services canceled or terminated due to abuse, policy violations, payment disputes, or prohibited use are generally non-refundable.
